Learn to Homebrew Day was established by the American Homebrewers Association (AHA) in 1999 to encourage people to homebrew.

I'd like the opportunity to brew with someone doing all grain. Cami was good enough to let me brew with her and Rob once.. but, I'd like to get involved with more expertise in this. Anyone?

If not, another extract will be fine.

  Bill, I would be happy to work with you on an all-grain batch. I was planning a Pale Ale or IPA for that day anyway. Let me know if that interest you. If you just bring a sanitized carboy I can have everything ready for a 10 gallon batch. We can go over recipe formation etc. during the day.

  nope. just a carboy. phone: 291-5106. call me and we can set the time ( I usually start early 8:00 am or so) and I will give you my address. Are you a fan of Simcoe? I picked cascade with Mike Kelly and I thought a Simcoe / Cascade blend would be nice?
