Excellent.. Colin did a great job.. but, and a big but for me.. it was quite technical for an old f@rt like me. I want to learn about getting water right.. but, I don't have access to a lab to check water for every brew.. much less for different parts of the brew.
For now, I think I'll have to utilize the water report from Healdsburg which can happen at any time of the year. I've averaged the last five reports (5 years) and came up with a number. I'll likely have to go from there and maybe seek help for three to four different beers based on those numbers and adjust future brew from there.
Prosts to the Beerocrat leadership for continuing to provide us with great learning experiences.
