About three years now. Focusing on all grain. 1/2 barrel, modified keg, false bottom, gravity flow system. Probably like a few of you I am on a quest for the perfect IPA, Imperial IPA and Tripple IPA recipe. Still clicking away at it. I also enjoy brewing Stout, Pale Ale, playing around with a Belgium Strong Golden Ale recipe right now and I am also fond of trying brews outside of the box sans BJCP guidelines. There is still a lot of fun to be had out there.
