I've been involved in food forever, it seems. Have been working as an "alternative chef" for a few years now and have leaned a lot about preparing raw foods. Have been raw since New Years (2013) and have never felt better. Hope to keep learning!
Recently moved to Santa Rosa and want to connect with raw folks near me. Had a potluck of my own recently and it was so nice to be able to have a special meal prepared with love and consciousness with a great bunch of people. And John's great. Hope to make the next Sonoma potluck!

Thank you, again, for a delightful evening and your casual easy way of teaching. The desert was so yummy. It was a pleasure to meet everyone, and enjoy Anna's refreshing soup. I liked that we all seemed to share conversation together rather than several mini-conversations. So often, gatherings of this nature turn into little duos and trios of separate conversations. It will be fun to ponder about the next meeting. I hope everyone that was there tonight, returns.

im about 75% raw - breakfast and lunch anyway.....I'm doing a "cooking" class in Berkeley on Raw the first weekend of Feb, so hopefully, I will have something new I can make and bring
