I am very pleased to welcome Public Speaking & Voice Coach, Cathy Sobocan to the group for this insightful and interactive evening designed to assist us in becoming better communicators in our personal and professional lives.

Everyone has charisma. It’s a quality we all have stored in our body and breath. In this workshop you’ll find out how to tap into it and speak with attentive energy. You’ll increase your presence with others by taking part in a series of simple exercises involving posture, breath voice, clear thinking and sensory awareness.
A champion has an amazing ability to stay focused in the present. Every great communicator speaks from this place. You can too!

Cathy Sobocan, M.A.,
Cathy brings over twenty years of radio and television broadcasting and teaching experience to her work as a public speaking and voice coach. She has graduate degrees in journalism and voice teaching. She trained in the theatre department of York University, the Stratford Festival, Canada’s National Voice Intensive, Second City, etc. She was the voice coach of this year’s TEDx conference in Toronto.
