How do you engage your creativity?

I practice meditation based on Ajna Yoga, learned long ago in San Francisco through a westernized process known as Actualism. Collage is a quick and available practice for me - I continue to use Tarot and astrology but without a regular schedule. Using regular playing cards for divination is also a some-time thing so I use whatever is appropriate to my intuitive feelings of the day. I have been involved with a lot of textile work which is especially available in Thailand. I am studying various forms of head massage - both western and eastern, being trained in Traditional Indian Head Massage in London and Reiki training in Chiang Mai.

Have you noticed any interesting coincidences lately?

My life is one big coincidence and I try to follow the directions that "come to me". My planning skills are best used in America, whereas in Asia there is a flow to my life that is very appealing - it is the way that some call superstitious but I find that every symbol has a meaning if we become aware of the repetitions and occurrences - it is easy to allow the day to open up in a meaningful way.

Introduction

I have attended several SoulCollage meetings and loved the process, taking the ideas with me to Thailand where I live part of each year. Imagery gives answers to questions unasked. A great meditation experience!
