Do you think of your life as a journey? Are you a hero in it? If not, why not?! Time's a wasting! Our lives are stories woven one upon the other, but how often do you see yourself as the hero in these stories and how often are you the victim, the saboteur, or in another less than positive role? When you explore the story of your own life as the "Hero’s Journey" you will learn to tell your story in a new way – a way in which you are always the hero! In this workshop you’ll learn about the hero’s journey and how to see your life as one adventure after another. We will use the process of SoulCollage® to create cards showing aspects of ourselves as the “Hero” and other archetypes that follow us on this journey (for example, the "Seeker," the "Sage," "the Creator," ...). We’ll focus on the parts of personality that come into play (the “Committee” suit) and the archetypes we embrace the (“Counsel” suit). We’ll have plenty of time for guided imagery, journaling and for making cards. No previous SoulCollage® or artistic experience is needed and all supplies are provided. The church is centrally located in the Arcadia area of Phoenix. We will break for 1 hour for lunch. You can bring a bag lunch or there are restaurants in the area. Payment can be made with PayPal, credit card or check (email for information on how to pay by check or credit card). Hope you can join us on this exciting adventure!
