Hi my name's Ashera Hart and I'm a sound healing practitioner and am passionate about sound healing being a great quick way to help us tune into our true potential on all levels. I have studied the power of sound since 1992 with people like John Beaulieu, Institute of Cyberkinetics (Tuning fork therapy with kinesiology), Sound & Consciousness Institute (San Francisco, USA - Certificate in Psycho-Acoustics), Jonathan Goldman, Randy Masters, Karina Schelde, Chloe Goodchild, Chris James, James D'Angelo etc and have been working with the sound healing frequencies of the solfeggio frequencies since 2001. These are major helpers for humanity at this time to help us tune into a more natural way of being, rebalancing us mentally, emotionally, & physically, deepening our connection to the divine and a more loving way of being.

I decided to start this group to share the magic of the solfeggio more widely and help people use sound not only for stress relief but to awaken. This group will let you know about sound healing solfeggio soundbaths (Sonic Enchantment) in the London, Surrey (Reigate and Dorking) and Sussex (Lewes) areas, together with workshops and sound healing ceremonies e.g. 11.11.11.

Fabio Garces - Solfeggio sounds, nature sounds, planetary frequencies & cosmic gongs
Karen Burt-Garcia - Solfeggio instruments, 111Hz gong and chimes
Rowan Sterk & Geniene Burchett - Solfeggio tuning forks, Tibetan bowls & tingshas, medicine drums, Bolivian drum, ocean drum, gongs, chimes, shaman bells, rainstick, cymbal, shamanic shakers & rattles

Come early to get a good position. Bring a blanket to keep warm, a cushion if you feel to, a yoga mat or similar (as it's on a wooden floor) and some spring water to drink as your energy shifts! If you feel to bring crystals or other energies that you feel would support your journey, please feel free to bring them. We look forward to welcoming you there! Unified we Stand
