Find a way to enhance your projects by using feminine "Goddess" energy through sound, movement, and other forms of expression. Talk about what feminine energy means to you, and then learn to use it creatively as Yadtaye and Heddy share some techniques in toning, chakra activation, and meditation. Whether you are a woman or man, this class could be helpful in balancing your energies and channelling your highest good from our Goddess and Mother guides.
