Tantra for Everyone - An Exploration of Pleasure

For so many of us, if we were lucky enough to have a human sexuality class in school, we were taught the mechanics of pregnancy and shame.  It is rare to be taught the pleasure of our bodies. In this evening event, you will be invited through discussion and exercises to introduce yourself to your body, to come to know your self and to explore what brings you pleasure.  During the evening you will be invited to explore asking for pleasure and receiving pleasure. For each one of us what is pleasure is likely different, what brings you pleasure, and what stops you from asking for what you want are fascinating inquiries.  There are no right or wrong answers. The goal if there is one is to bring consciousness to what brings you pleasure, and to fill you life with more of what brings you pleasure. The structure of the evening will include meditation, solo, dyad and group sharing. This is a clothes-on, PG-13, event.

Robert is a gentle, caring person who led this workshop with grace. The space was a good one, too.

I was on my way but the Easter Sunday traffic in SF was impossible, so I turned around. Sorry I missed your event, I was really looking forward to it.

Very Good! Two primary things I learned or better understand in this Sunday's session. "No" not only sets a boundary but admirably demonstrates a person is truthful and honest. Secondly there is a difference between a touch that "gives" and one that "takes". Knowing this the problem is, as the one who touches, I need to understand which is which. Now that I have learned that I need to work on learning how to feel the difference in my hands, fingers and body.
