I was approached by a charity called Annajaat and they have asked me to send the below to all of you.

Annajaat is a volunteer group that was established in 2001. Since then it has been serving the local Arabic speaking BME communities in and around the Westminster area. Annajaat Projects serves the young, the old, the disadvantaged and the affluent members of the community.
Through its various projects, Annajaat aims to help integrate those on the periphery of main-stream culture within the community at large; without this affecting their ethnic identity.
Annajaat's next upcoming event will be the "Multi-Cultural Mawlid Annabiyy" this event will be celebrating the Birth of the Prophet Muhamed (peace and blessings be upon him) there will be performances in different languages including english arabic,french and Urdu and food from all different parts of the World including South Asia, North Africa and the Middle East.

Annajaat School is pleased to invite Muslim sisters from all over London to celebrate together the Birth of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him!
This unmissable multicultural event will take place on the 26th, Jan.2013 from 11.30Am and will be held in central London (34 Great Smith Street, Westminster, SW1P 3BU).
Sisters from all ages and backgrounds and their children are most welcome!
The programme is designed to make you live and feel the Mawlid commemoration as it is celebrated all over the Islamic world!
Sisters will first enjoy:
- The Women Anasheed with the talented Nasheed Group Anwaarul Haadee
- Children performance in different languages
- Competitions and prizes
- Other exciting surprises!
Special programme for children with:
- Drawing competitions
- Cupcakes decoration
Finally, we'll all gather in a cosy atmosphere for a chat around a Walima with Traditional food from all over the world!
