Outdoor Yoga Hike at Terranea:

The Second Saturday of the month at 11 am

Come join me at the beautiful resort in Palos Verdes-


Its  March! Come join me to learn fun and easy poses and ways to build strength in both your body and mind with tension release poses and calming meditations.



Beautiful location and breathtaking vistas as I lead you in Vinyasa and restorative yoga to help you improve posture, balance, strength, and peace of mind while combining cardio with an incredible hike. Open to all levels! Suggested donation- $10.00

 

After the 4 weeks we will celebrate by having a potluck picnic! We wiil also on this day celebrate with Awards, Raffles and Yoga/ Fitness challenges!
