Beautiful location and breathtaking vistas as I lead you in poses to build strength and get you in condition with positive ways to connect with loved ones and friends. Release and feel more energetic through your day!

This summer we will focus on the whole body both physically and mentally! As we get back into shape with conditioning our arms, legs, gluts, core and increasing our balance and awareness in our lives! Plus ways to unwind and find inner Peace and serenity.

    Melissa is a great teacher, both beginning and intermediate Yoga. The hike is just walking in beautiful setting. This is my favorite meet up!
