Hi Ha! It was very nice meeting all of you yesterday, and I really enjoyed our group's discussions. It helps to know there are others who experience anxiety. Maybe someday we'll understand more about why, physiologically, some are more prone to it than others. Wouldn't that be nice? Meanwhile, it's great having a group with whom to share.
