Bacalhau Grill/Trade Rite Market (http://www.yelp.com/biz/bacalhau-grill-and-trade-rite-market-san-jose) has Brazilian music by the group Leo Brasil the first Saturday of the month from 7-11:30pm. There's no cover charge, but we're all supposed to order dinner. The restaurant has mostly Portuguese food, but they have a Brazilian dish or two and kibbe and pão de queijo for appetizers/snacks. You can also stock up on Brazilian foods in the store.
The owner told me that the restaurant fills up and people have to be turned away. The restaurant is very small, and I am not going to be making a reservation, so I recommend that you get there early if you want a seat.
