On this house that I just flipped, this tenant from hell cost me over $60K and turned a nice profit into difficulty. I’m coming here to tell you about my experience with the tenant from hell, so that you won’t have to. I’ll let you know what to look out for when you’re buying a house, and how to avoid them.
Because no one wants to be stuck with the tenant from hell!
