Fremont Older ~ Beginner Friendly Ride

RSVPs open 7 days before the ride at 10AM.

This will be an easy, slow pace for everyone to get out to ride. It will be about 6-7 miles, 60-90 minutes, and beginner friendly. If you've been riding around local trails like Guadalupe, Baylands, or Los Gatos Creek but want to try some hills and some singletrack, this is your chance to progress. Relaxed riders of any level are welcome, but the beginners will determine the pace.

Meet at the Fremont Older Preserve parking lot on Prospect Road in Cupertino by the information sign. Arrive early as the parking lot does fill up fast. Hope everyone will join me for a fun ride. Bring water and be sure your bike is ready to ride. This is a great place for a fun workout.

Tires roll at 4:55 PM or sooner if all YES RSVP's are present.

Tires rolled at 4:58. I had a great ride with Lyle and Stephanie. Congratulations to Steph on her 100th ride with us! She bought ME pizza and a beer afterwards - what an excellent tradition she has started. LOL.

I am an advanced beginner, and more comfortable on wider roads than single track. Is there alot of single track? :)

This is a great place to get comfortable on single track, Dianne, as there are two single tracks that we will go on, and they aren't technical. The rest is fire road. Join us!
