This will be an advanced beginner ride at a casual pace.

Come on out to enjoy a great morning on top of skyline. We will ride for a few hours and stop at the "deck" to enjoy the view. Bring a snack to eat and take time to relax a bit.

We will meet at 10:15 AM in the parking lot at Russian Ridge.

Tires roll at 10:29 AM or sooner if all YES RSVP's are present.

The drive up Page Mill will take about 25 min from the 280/Page Mill area. This is a fun place to ride with great views of the south bay. You have read the past ride reviews and seen the pictures, this is a fun group!!! As always, we will never leave anyone behind, take needed breaks, and regroup often.

If you RSVP yes but then your plans change and you can't make the ride, please be courteous and drop out early enough to give the more reliable riders a chance to adjust their schedules and attend. Changing your RSVP after the close time will be considered a "No Show" for this ride.

Directions: Page Mill Road to Skyline Blvd. Then drive straight across Skyline onto Alpine Road, the parking lot is on the right.

If you're not sure where you are going or think you will be late, please leave earlier. We want you to join us.

Remember, all riders need to be members of Meetup.com & South Bay Mountain Bike Group. Guest are no longer allowed. All riders need to RSVP as a member.

Ride DetailsDifficulty as noted in my Mtn Biking guide book is: "Moderate with a few modest climbs". On my scale of 1 -5, 1 being easy - I will say this may be a Level 2-3.

Rain will cancel this ride. I will post a weather update by 7 AM.

***Please remember, a helmet is required for all our rides.***

What a beautiful day for a ride! The view was amazing after the rain, and the trails were in good shape. I had lots of fun, thanks to everyone for coming!

The forecast looks dry for tomorrow and the trails drain quickly up on the top of skyline, so we should be all set for tomorrow. Should be a great ride. See you there!
