Arastradero Tuesday - after work weekly ride

RSVPing YES for a ride and not showing will get you moved to the wait list on the next ride you do wish to go on. Please be courteous and drop out early enough to give the more reliable riders a chance to adjust their schedules and attend.

If you are on the wait list the day before and you know you will not be able to attend if added the day of, then please change your RSVP to not going. Chance's are someone will drop and meetup with add you up to the RSVP close time. 

Arastradero Preserve in Palo Alto, meet in the parking lot by the information sign. Arrive early as the parking lot does fill up. You can also park on the side of the road, watch for the no parking signs.

FYI, my weekly Tuesday after work ride is not a beginner level ride. I will use this as a good workout ride, which means the pace will be quicker and with less breaks.

Tires roll at 6:13 PM or sooner if all YES RSVP's are present. Please be there by the meet time, we don't want to leave without you, but will!

Ride Details
Difficulty as noted in my Mtn Biking guide book is: "Easy to moderate, with smooth wide trails for beginners and a few short single-tracks. On my scale of 1-5, 1 being easy - I will say this may be a 1-2. This is a great place for a good fun workout.

Remember, all riders need to be members of & South Bay Mountain Bike Group. Guest are no longer allowed. All riders need to RSVP as a member.

Parking notice: if your heading to the park and you see parking on the side of the road, take it and just ride back to the parking lot. This will save everyone time instead of you having to head back down the road to park.

Rain will cancel. Check this listing the morning of the ride.

I will post by 8 AM a weather update if we need to cancel.

      Ray, Thanks for leading and your patience. My chain was jumping all over the place making for wonky shifting. I stayed a little longer and did 11+ miles/w 1825 ft gain.
