Fireball Forward: The Battle for the Gembloux Gap, France 1940

The German 4th Panzer division, after battling through the 3e DLM (see Battle of Hannut on May 4th) advances to seize the Gembloux Gap, the only unfortified zone on the plains of Belgium. The French 2nd DM (Division Marocaine) is there to stop them...has the 3e DLM bought them enough time to prepare? This is the first clash of the Blitzkreig against the French Colonial Infantry.

We will be running this game with the excellent Fireball Forward ruleset. The starting conditions of this game will be set by the game run on May 4th (The Battle of Hannut.) This is a prep game for this scenario, which will be run at KublaCon 2014

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
