Dress code: Smart dress: No denim, trainers, no T shirts.

The organisers of the Over 30s Dance Party have been doing it for over 25 years and have a great reputation in the field. The Friday disco, held at Birds Hill Golf Club, is very popular in the area, attracting up to 200 members some nights. This is because the venue is excellent and there's great music to suit every taste.

For those not used to dancing, It's not as daunting as it sounds, because the emphasis is on ENJOYMENT, whether just chatting, drinking, or dancing (which is freestyle anyway), according to what you wish to do! Why not come and see for yourself what it's all about, and then decide whether it's for you or not?

We meet at 9.15pm at the check in desk (as non-members have to complete a very brief membership card) and once that's finished, the night is all yours!

The dancing lasts until 1am in the morning, but anyone can leave whatever time they wish.
