Unsheathe the Blade

Learn the art of the sword SFS focuses on the Samurai sword.
Long, Short, Wood, Steel, Padded, Bokken, Wakizashi, Katana, Chokken

The Trilogy of the Sword
Students will train in Iaido, drawing of the sword, Kenjutsu, sword combat and Tameshigiri, test cutting.

SFS sword style has a base set of Wazas (techniques) and from those simple wazas complex katas can be created.
Freestyle, as students experience grows creating freestyle sword routines will be encouraged.

Classes
Class will meet once a week. 9:00am to 10:00am Saturday mornings.
Weather permitting. Rain and lightning are the only things that stop us.
There are no facilities or drinking water available at Edisto Park.
Bring water and a snack if necessary.
SFS accepts men and women age 12 and up.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

Edisto Park is located in the Lake Charleston community in Lake Worth/Boynton Beach off of Hypoluxo Road.
