At school I played the violin in the folk band - we met once a week and played for fun. There were a couple of us violinists, a guitarist, someone on the accordian and various percussionists. For years I've wanted to start up something similar - get together a group of adults who play folk music for fun, no pressure to be of a certain standard, just a group for people who've got a musical instrument gathering dust under the bed who haven't played since school.
I have some music in mind but if anyone has any that they can contribute, then all the better.

So..anyone care to join me?
