Halloween Recipe - Boo Bats
Ingredients
1 packet Tastefully Simple Garden Pepper & Feta Cheese Ball Mix
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 oz. pkgs. poppy seeds
2.25 oz. can sliced black olives
4 oz. jar minced or diced pimentos
tortilla chips

Directions
Combine first 2 ingredients; chill at least 2 hours. Roll into 8-10 balls (about 1½-inch in diameter). Roll in poppy seeds, and place on a serving plate. Press in sliced olives for the eyes, adding a pimento in the center of each one. Insert chips on the sides as bat wings, breaking as needed to resemble wings. Serve immediately. Makes 8-10 servings.

Promise is a promise. Here is the recipe I forgot to bring and spoke about. Cheese Balls.
    2 cups manioc flour
    1 cup of milk
    1/2 cup butter
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 cups grated cheese
    2 eggs

Mix milk, salt and butter in a pot and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add the manioc flour. Then add the cheese and eggs and kneed with your hands until it smooth, a dough, you might need to add more manioc if mixture too moist (you might need to wait a little before kneading as the mixture might be hot, be careful). Make balls the size of ping pong ball and put on a greased baking sheet. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve immediately and hot.
    Enjoy!

Had a very nice time chatting with everyone - sharing recipes and learning about each others businesses. Please don't forget to allow me to quote your auto and home/renters insurance! ([masked]) ~ Thanks!

Hi Ladies - was looking forward to meeting everyone. I may not be able to make it today as I work in Mount Laurel and will be in Sewell for a short period of time today. Will try to get over to Lazy Lanigans to meet everyone even if its only for a few minutes. Hoping to see you all soon !!

I love to cook because my family really loves dinnertime. I have been a stay at home mom for 20 years..lol. My last child, daughter, will graduate college in a year and my two sons are done with college and work...so I cook for 5 adults. I am very busy businesswoman and work from home and I love using my "Crock Pot" in the fall and winter. This past week was my Pinterest week of recipes...meatloaf, chili, stew and a pasta and chicken casserole. All were very delicious. I also made Apple Wontons and an awesome pumpkin pie plus a birthday cake for my husband. Did I say I love to cook?

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
