South Jersey Nutritarians Potluck Guidelines:
Please bring a high nutrient dish to share with the group! And please post what you're bringing so we don't have any repeats.
Please only include plant based ingredients.
No animal products including beef, chicken, fish, eggs or dairy.
No oil or products with oil in them.
No processed foods.
If you're new to this and not sure what to make, just raw fruits and/or veggies are easy and perfect!
