South Jersey Nutritarians Potluck Picnic in the Park Guidelines:
Please bring your own water, plate and utensils.
Please bring a high nutrient dish to share with the group!
Please only include plant based ingredients. No animal products including beef, chicken, fish, eggs or dairy. No oil or products with oil in them. No white flour or white sugar. No added salt or sugars. No processed foods.
If you're new to this and not sure what to make, just raw fruits and/or veggies are easy and perfect!
