~~ JUNIOR HIGH RALLY AND SILLY BANDS - March 10th - Highline Community College ~~

Ted Nutting of Human Life of Seattle goes to fairs and rallies for the purpose of educating about life in the womb. He uses models depicting various stages of life in the womb and talks about fetal development in an effort to prevent abortions.

His next event is the Archdiocesan Junior High Rally on March 10 at Highline Community College. He'll have a table from 8:30 to 4:00. The junior-high-aged students he has worked with love silly bands. Historically, about 800 Catholic kids come to this event. Members of the Catholic Church may also volunteer to help man the tables, etc.

Ted is currently in need of more crazy bands to give to the students. If anyone would like to purchase some or donate for that purpose ($9.95 per batch of 100), it would be very much appreciated!

He is also interested in staffing a booth at the Fremont Fair which takes place on Saturday and Sunday, June 16 and 17, in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. Before he I applies, he would like to be comfortable that we'll have enough people to staff it.

It's too early to ask for commitments, but he would like to ask people for a statement of interest. He would draw up a schedule in mid-May and then ask for people to sign up to fill it. Shifts will be 3 - 4 hours, with at least two people (preferably a man and a woman) on each shift.

Please let Ted know if you're interested. Thanks very much!

He would also be delighted to have a table at events in other churches. If anyone has contacts that could bring that about, please let him know.

For more information please contact Ted (Theodore Nutting) at
