    This was divine. Fluffy, perfect texture, full of deep flavors that danced across the tongue. I liked the slight bitterness and crunch of the perfectly cooked asparagus against the subtle sweetness and lightness of the soufflé. I wish I could dive into that sauce right now. It stood as a masterpiece all on it's own.
