Will Greenough (360)[masked] (Qualified Youth Leader)

Activity Fee:
Mountaineer Member: $185.00 (Must be a Mountaineer Member)

The course provides a basic introduction to Sea Kayaking and graduation from the course permits members to sign up for Mountaineer Sea Kayak trips with any Branch. No prior knowledge or experience is required.

All instruction will be in single sea kayaks. If you do not own a kayak, rentals will be available.

The course will be limited to 24 people.

Please note the dates carefully and confirm that your schedule will permit you to attend all the sessions. There will be no opportunity to make up missed sessions.

Sea kayaking, and the course, involve a level of strength, flexibility and endurance possessed by most physically active individuals.

Students who do not own or have access to a kayak and required equipment will be required to rent on three occasions: Open water session, wet paddle and one additional Club sponsored trip. Kayaks will be provided for the pool session. You may also have other expenses for appropriate clothing and equipment.

Cost: $185.00

Course registration begins on January 1. Typically the course fills quickly so don't delay.

In addition to registering here, you must complete the registration form/questionnaire available at this web address: . Send the completed form to Will Greenough by email [masked], or mail it to 217 Sears Rd., Winlock, WA 98596.

Unfortunately no, we only do it once a year. But if you e-mail Carolyn or Will, they might have a work around. I'm sorry I'm not familiar enough with their class to offer any guidance.

I have a business conflict on 2 of the dates that I'm unable to reschedule. Will you be offering this again? Was really looking forward to it.
