South Sound EFT Tappers is an open, on-going tapping circle that meets every 2nd Wednesday 7:00- 8:30pm. It is based in Gary Craig's "Official" Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). The Circle welcomes EFT students and practitioners, beginners and interested folks. No prior EFT knowledge is required, just a desire to learn and heal. This is an informal group aimed at learning and practicing EFT. There is no sales pitch or franchise opportunity here. Our goal is to create a supportive community of EFT tappers. To find out what EFT is, watch this video by the founder of EFT, Gary Craig. http://www.emofree.com/splash/video_popup.h... Each meeting will have a brief teaching and review session. Then we'll explore one aspect of EFT, such as dealing with psychological reversal, resistance, finding the right words, discovering aspects and other topics requested by the group. While we will focus primarily on one issue each session (prosperity, eating challenges, chronic pain, etc.,) by using "Borrowing Benefits," you will be able to work on your own unique challenges. You never need to reveal the details or even the subject of the issue you want to heal. And you will learn the take-home elements of EFT so you can work on issues in your own home. This is intended to be a supportive EFT circle – it is not intended to be therapy of any kind (although the experience is likely to be therapeutic.) For issues that require EFT-facilitated therapy, please contact Judith (253-752-7579) to set up an individual appointment. Judith Frost is and Advanced EFT Practitioner (EFT Adv) and holds an EFT Cert I from Gary Craig's official certification program. Time and Date: 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month, 7-8:30PM Please note: The $20 charge is to cover the expense of this meet-up website along with my time, effort and cost of any handouts. However, if you are unable to pay that amount, you may pay what you can. Thanks for your support.
