Easily. I can run it in around an hour.
I need some aerobic exercise every day (doctor's orders), and like to join others. I like to walk fast, to get an aerobic workout. My favorite activity is hiking, but I also ski, snowshoe, and run.
Very nice--a very congenial group, and paces to fit everyone. I will definitely join them again.I sill feel the same.
