Stand Up for Darwin -- an evening of comedy and music at Conway Hall, London

Organised by the Central London Humanist Group, "Stand Up for Darwin" is an evening of comedy and music on Thursday 7th February compered by Robin Ince.

Entry is £10 -- more if you wish. Payable on the door on the night. Holborn tube station.

A host of comedians, many with a background in science, will be entertaining with laughter and logic, or perhaps the lack of it, to help celebrate Darwin's birthday.

Funds raised will go to promoting Evolution and opposing the teaching of Creationism as an alternative 'theory' to Evolution.

Acts include; Helen Arney, Kate Smirthwaite, Iszi Lawrence, Rosie Wilby, Taylor Glenn, Gemma Arrowsmith and Dean Burnett.

There will also be a wine bar at the event run by the Central London Humanists.
