I hope to get along to some meetings at least! I do shift work so work in the evenings, but I'm hoping some of my days off will coincide with meeting dates.
I am going to be at the William Lane Craig/Stephen Law debate 17/10/11 in London, with my family, so if anyone else is going, please look out for us. We'll all be wearing our Atheist t-shirts!

Long before qualifying as a physicist I had doubts about religious beliefs. Before the war I was taught to tell the time by a lovely old lady who was a Jewish refugee. The Sunday School said she must go to Hell because she did not believe in Jesus. Seemed a bit odd for someone who urged peace and talked about the Good Samaritan. I suppose being qualified as a physicist is not as relevant as having a certain way of reasoning however young.
