Yes, I'm very interested in exploring new approaches to fitness, stress relief and knowing myself
I do yoga at a basic level but not as frequently as I'd like.
I hope to gain structure and encouragement and I'd like to contribute positive energy and support to fellow members
Not at this time. As I grow and become more proficient that may change.
I want to be strong and fit in both mind and body. For a few years I took up running but it proved too high impact. I'm looking forward to incorporating a more structured fitness routine with Yoga.
