South Bay Filmmakers is a networking and support organization for filmmakers and industry business professionals based in Los Angeles’ South Bay area comprised of El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, and surrounding cities.

Our members are passionate creatives with a roster of success in their respective fields representing writers, directors, producers, editors, colorists, visual effects artists, cinematographers, camera operators, composers, sound editors, stunts, wardrobe, makeup, actors, and many more.

Their work has won awards at Sundance, SXSW, Spirit Awards, and been Oscar nominated. Their films have been bought for distribution theatrically, DVD, and the Internet. They’ve raised money through private investment and crowdfunding.

Above all, our members are career-focussed and dedicated to their craft.
