Meetup with other south bay (esp Saratoga & Mountain View) locals who love the benefits of practicing Tai Chi (& Chi Kung). Meet friendly people to practice forms, share positive chi (energy)and make new friends! Network, share knowledge and experience on your Tai Chi or Chi Kung style. Come have fun & stay healthy. Help others and yourself get regular practice.

While we have a mix of practice experience, we will try to introduce warmups, meditation, then some simple forms, and perhaps eventually some push-hands. Once we get regular, I'd suggest a regular rhythm of warmups, meditation+chi-kung, forms, practitioner to practitioner sharing, and push-hands, but no urgency to this. Just enjoying the evolution...
