I'm trying this 7:45 am weekday schedule for a week, to see if it works with my chauffeuring duties. It'll likely be the schedule until October 1 - at which time I have to reconsider again. Rgds - Sam

Meet friendly people to practice forms, share positive chi (energy)and make new friends! Network, share knowledge and experience on your Tai Chi or Chi Kung style. Come have fun & stay healthy. Help others and yourself get regular practice.
While we have a mix of practice experience, we will try to introduce warmups, meditation, then some simple forms, and perhaps eventually some push-hands. Once we get regular, I'd suggest a regular rhythm of warmups, meditation+chi-kung, forms, practitioner to practitioner sharing, and push-hands, but no urgency to this. Just enjoying the evolution...
