I enjoy Tai Chi as exercise, philosophy, spirituality, a path to enlightenment, martial art, a path to balance, and not the least, a way to meet other like-minded friends. I enjoy introducing tai chi to others, and sharing my enthusiasm! - Sam
Learned Yang long form with ttopa.com (palo alto) starting in 2001, a little while with Gordon Feng at Sutro Heights Park in SF on Saturdays, then in 2007 discovered Zhao Bao tai chi with SiFu Peng Wen (Wayne).
was injured playing VB in 1995, and had to stay off my legs for 1 year. Tried TKD in 1996, got to brown belt, but was getting injured, and that kept interfering with practice. Wanted something I could do forever, without injurious interruptions

We have speakers from EMC, HP, Dell, Cisco etc. discussing best practices for int. product release. There are significant upstream implications to this in the developement process. Higher awareness can help prevent delayed release dates, and promote faster updates, simultaneous shipping in multiple languages, etc. Hope to see you there!
Hi Sam! Will the Tai Chi group meet this Saturday (Dec.18)? Will the rain change the location, maybe? Thanks! --a new guy
