Changing the start time of this meet. Hopefully more people will be able to make it at 6:30. We will be doing bridge sprints at the Linton Bridge in Delray Beach if anyone is interested. We start out with a nice easy warm-up over and back across the bridge. Then it's sprint to the top, jog back down, recover, repeat! Come out and watch your run times get faster and faster! Great way to help build up your speed for those 5k's!
