I am posting this weekly workout for anyone interested in speed on a track. I've been attending for the past few months and it is a great workout. Don't worry about your current speed. There are three groups with three different workouts so there is something for the 12 minute miler as well as the 6 minute miler.
Cost: $3.00 per week for BRRR active members and $5.00 for non-members.
Your 1st track workout is FREE, registration waiver required! Make sure to arrive early your first session to fill out your waiver.

The BRRR Track/Speed workout is a 15 week cycle of workouts. Workouts change weekly and are posted on http://www.bocaratonroadrunners.com/training/
We will be starting with a warm-up at 6:30 pm
Announcements and the work-out at 6:45pm
Cool Down & Stretching by Synergy Fitness, follows the work-out at 7:30ish
