Your Congressman Needs to Hear From You

This is an interesting thread from the Daily Paul. The author talks about how the talk show hosts can help their viewers by giving them action alerts about pending bills in Congress.

FYI: The John Birch Society makes it very easy to contact our respective representatives from their website.

"You 'claim' that you are Republican, or Conservative-Libertarian as the case may be, and care deeply for our Republic. Here is a thought:

With your millions of viewers and millions of dollars that you rake in, instead of crying and whining about the same old lame story day in and day out, day after day, how about assigning a resource or person in training to investigate what BILLS are being introduced and let your viewers know well ahead of time. How about discussing the meat and potatoes of these BILLS, the actual text, so that your followers can take appropriate action, such as calling their Reps and Senators? How about informing your followers about things that they can actually do from their homes, offices, or other, so that we can take back our dying Republic?

Otherwise, you are every bit as complicit as your socialist friends.

So, if you are lurking this forum and reading this, how about it?"

Notice some of the comments in the thread about how the talk show hosts attacked constitutionalists during the presidential campaigns but afterwards mimicked them as a way to confuse their listeners. You may want to pay particular attention to the first commenter who refers to Mark Levin as a "master at bait and switch."
