Stroller Strides helps you get in shape while being with your little one and meeting other moms! Entertain your little one while you focus on your workout. All fitness levels are welcome! We have certified, experienced instructors, who are MOMS. Our instructors will guide you through an intense workout, NOT a walk in the park! We will turn our environment into your personal gym: sidewalks, benches, fountains, stairs and more - all add to your workout! Stroller Strides also offers a FREE playgroup each week through our Luna Moms Club. Talk with other moms and your little ones get to interact with other little ones. Moms Night Out is held monthly. Enjoy some time with your favorite SS moms without the kiddos. We also hold family classes and activities. Mommies on a Mission - Join us as we give back to our communities through 4 events a year.
