To all my friends,  Please get ready for this upcoming storm the experts are saying this is a historical storm and we will have power outages widespread.

Last time this year I was out of power for 7 days and i'm expecting the same this year please get your supplies ready you should have atleast 3 days worth of food be it MREs Heater meals or even canned food something that doesn't require refrigeration.

Enough water to hold you over for 3 days remember one gallon a day per person and that's just for drinking and hygiene.  More to flush toilets manually.

If you take medication have enough on hand.

If you're lucky enough to have a generator make sure it is working properly and check the oil level and try to have enough gas on hand for those 3 days also please don't run them indoors because of carbon monoxide.

For more information about getting ready and being prepared please visit the following website at http://www.ready.gov

Please stay safe and prepare now it's a coming!

Brian
