hmmm.. Well, there were several pages floating around the table. Did you check the back side of the two pages you had? I know mine were on the back. I will double check my pile and see if I ended up with it. Otherwise, please anyone who doesn't see their books, add them here. Maybe after we get a more thorough collection, we can upload it to a file in the file section! Loren
