Tea meal/show will be served at 230 pm but you can come in sit down and have tea at 2pm. *This tea is part of the Dicken's Festival in Riverside so there are all kinds of activities both Saturday and Sunday.  The Queen's Tea is in a church and is a fundraiser.  I purchased 10 tickets - they told me we should get there 30 minutes early (tea starts at 2:30 and is an hour "show" and includes people serving the tea which has the standard tea menu).  They do not know the type of food but it is the standard tea sandwiches and scones.  They told me the table seats 6 only however we can have 2 tables near each other if we show up ahead of time to get a seat:)

Mr.Teacle and his cast entertain Her Majesty in a 60 minute show for all. Guest will enjoy and assortment of tea delicacies including sandwiches, savory, and fresh baked scones.  Both Mr. Teacle and Queen's tea have the same show and same food (called to discuss)  This is part of the Dicken's Festival & there are many other activities to do that day and evening so you can do other activities.  Check out Dickensfest.com.  Please note you may dress "Victorian style" if you would like to be in the spirit of the festival! (optional)  Also I cannot guarantee a vegetarian menu as they did not give me any choice of sandwiches, etc.

Dicken's Festival was very fun - lots of people wearing Victorian outfits walking around. Very nice to see all the vendor booths. Tea was a show/meal and a lot of fun. Definitely worth the drive down there. Beautiful location!

Enter church from Mission Drive. Very easy to find as there is a sign on the church advertising the tea. They will open doors at 2pm - go into lobby of church and to the right is where tea is. There are about half of people dressed Victorian and half not dressed so you can come dressed up or not. Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!

I live in the San Fernando Valley and this is just too far
for me to drive. It would be a great time to spend the day though. I know that you all will have a good time.
