A sophisticated and secluded sanctuary peppered with cozy nooks, books and fireplaces, Tres by José Andrés serves up comfort food with a twist. Highlights from this three-meal restaurant include daily afternoon tea and weekend brunch infused with Chef Andrés' signature brand of creativity.

I went to the tea with Monica's group (Inland Empire Tea Society) and while there  noticed the fabulous brunch which includes a buffet of wonderful food (menu as follows and check website/yelp reviews).  Cost for brunch is $42/person plus tax/tip (everyone will pay separately on that day).  $42 includes full buffet as below with coffee and/or loose leaf tea.  Afternoon tea although nice is such a small amount of food whereas the brunch includes the loose leaf tea along with a wonderful selection of foods for brunch.

    Hello everyone! This is my first meet up and to be honest, I am not sure how it works. When I arrive at the venue, is there a sign of some sort that I should keep an eye out for? Also, will this be a two hour seating? Cheers!

      Hi Sai, What usually happens at all these events is that everyone gets to the place at noon then we would start the brunch right at noon. I usually ask people to wear a name tag (I provide) so you can get to know people. It is a friendly relaxed group and most of my meetups usually last about 2 hours. There is no specific time and people can stay longer or leave early as needed. This is our first brunch so it will be a "first" for this group. With the tea there is a "set menu" and everyone gets the same thing. With the brunch we are able to order a variety of items from the menu. Should be a nice event. Take Care!

    This is "like a tea" except with food. I was starving after the afternoon tea they had as everything was "miniture". Here we were all having afternoon tea with these miniture items while right by us we saw this fabulous brunch going on. Looking forward to enjoying this brunch!
