After a connecting and grounding exercise, we will name the plant we will visit for the evening. We will lay on mats, with closed eyes and allow ourselves to open our mind's eye. I will hold the space by rhythmically beating a drum to support your brain waves to shift into new consciousness. After, those who would like are welcome to share what they've experienced. Often, through our journies, we come to discover many attributes of a plant and how it may support health in our bodies. It's quite remarkable! Please bring a notebook and pen with you to record your experiences, and a water bottle if you like. Yoga mats and blankets will be available for your use. This is a donation based event.
