I think we did great for our first sit down in front of an audience gig. I think if the demographic was just a bit younger we would have been a bigger hit. I had a great time.

This is what SNHUG is all about! A family friendly fun event, sharing with friends. We met a bunch of other performers and the crowd was great. This was our first staged event where we prepared a set list and put on a show. Everyone sounded great and we all had a good time.

Everyone should be there by 10am. I think our play time is 1030 or 1040 but we should plan how we will set up so we have more time to play

This is a small town fair, in the morning there is a continental type breakfast set up in the town hall. Entertainment is for those having coffee and snacks. A church choir, the Ukulele orchestra, and the bluegrass/old time folk band Drowned Valley will provide music. It is a nice, casual gig. People come and go but there is always an audience. I have played there in two previous years. I think our SNHUG plus any players that would like to join us from the Boston group will be a big hit.

Of course you can play baritone. Baritones are ukulele too. I love to have bari in an ukulele ensemble. It makes deeper and rich sounding. Just like cello in a string quartet.
