Join us for a conditioning hike Monday early evening as we hike the foothills near Hart Park. This particular conditioning hike is designed for those who are looking to move up to the moderate hiking level. The hike will last about an hour and a half and will range somewhere between the beginner level and moderate level, depending on who shows up.
