Puppies on Parmenter!

Help out OccuPaws Guide Dog Association and enjoy food, live music, vendors, a raffle, a silent auction, prizes, and more. The best part, of course, is good company and great dog friends to hang out with!

The event costs $5 per adult, and is occurring at Capital Brewery in Middleton! Dogs and children are free, so bring the whole family.

The walk down Parmenter begins at 11, registration opens at 10. Let's meet at Capital Brewery at 9:45 so we can get our group together before registration begins. No need to stay together the whole time, necessarily, but at least we'll all know each other and can touch base later if we want to.

Here is the link for more info: http://occupaws.org/?s=puppies+on+parmenter&x=0&y=0.

Don't forget your clean-up bags and some water (though I'm sure they will have water out for the dogs at the Brewery).

This event in general would be great if more people showed up. But it was still fun to meet a new group member, and see some regular members again! Fun walk, and the pups had a blast.

Hey all! Let's take Karl's suggestion and meet at 8001 Terrace Ave, Middleton at 9:45. If you're not going to be there at that time, no problem - just let us know so we don't wait for you. Brandi has already said she'll be there later. Call me on my cell (or Karl) if you have questions, want to meet us when you get there, etc. [masked]-7916. See you this weekend!

OK, well what's the building called, or the address? Just want to make sure we all know which lot to meet. That sounds good though!

Hey everyone! Who's still planning to go to this? It should be a really fun event, but I want to make sure we can find each other. Maybe we should meet a block or so off the Brewery? We could meet outside of the Hubbard Street Diner, and then either drive or walk to the registration. Any thoughts?

I will go, but I won't be there that early. Sorry. I think I will be there closer to noon.

That's totally fine Brandi - feel free to call me when you get there and we can tell you where we're at. I would think we'll still be there. [masked]

Yep, it's from 11-3 but registration begins at 10. I thought anyone who wants to be there at the start could meet at 9:45 so we could walk to registration together. But it's not required that people meet us either, just if we want to meet up, we should find a place and time to do it.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
